CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE
POSITION 1: STUDENT INSTRUCTOR
The applicant will enroll in our training and certification program to become a fully certified instructor able to teach the survival swimming method
TRAINING TIME:
8 weeks, M-Th
COST: $15,000
POSITION 2: MAINTENANCE LESSON INSTRUCTOR
The instructor will work with students ages 18 months and above who have completed the survival swimming program and are moving into regular maintenance lessons
TRAINING TIME:
4-5 weeks, Days & times vary
PAY: $18 - $25/hour
POSITION 3: STROKE WORK & ADULT LEARN TO SWIM INSTRUCTOR
The instructor will work with students and adults of varying ages to learn basic stroke work such as freestyle and backstroke
TRAINING TIME:
2-3 weeks, Days & Times vary
PAY: $18 - $25/hour

You do NOT need prior swim instruction experience!
We are a cutting-edge swim school with specific instruction methods and philosophies and will provide all instruction, training, and mentoring for hired applicants.
This is a contract employee position with very flexible days and hours and competitive pay.
Applicants must be able to pass a full background check and drug screening. Our business is run with children’s safety in mind, and as such, we have a zero-tolerance policy.
